Attention Residents of Pearl Street, Garnet Circle, Emerald Drive and Ruby Street. The first layer of asphalt is scheduled to be done on Friday, July 23. No parking will be allowed on Pearl, Emerald or Garnet while they lay down the asphalt. Homes will still be accessible by vehicle.
