**Update**
The first layer of asphalt scheduled to be done today Friday, July 23rd has been postponed until Monday, July 26th. No parking will be allowed on Garnet Circle, Pearl Street or Emerald Drive while they lay down the asphalt. Homes will still be accessible by vehicle.
